This grade is an affordable solution recommended for large volume mills, either vertical or horizontal. Zirmil Ce is the product of choice in applications where fine particle size must be achieved consistently over long production runs, such as in automotive or industrial paints or white minerals.
Ceria-stabilized zirconia
Zirmil Ce grinding media combines high density and hardness to ensure the highest milling efficiency. The extreme low level of wear during milling prevents any contamination of the final product, which makes Zirmil Ce media the perfect solution for white mineral applications.

The industry standard for wear performance
Zirmil Ce media is the market reference for wear performance, thanks to its innovative material formulation and proprietary process specifically developed by Saint-Gobain ZirPro R&D teams. In a severe test (attrition in water) conducted for 200 hours, Zirmil Ce grinding media demonstrated a much lower wear rate than competitive ceria beads as illustrated in the graph.
