Beads size distribution and shape
All Zirmil Y beads are offered with a narrow bead size distribution and perfect spherical shape, which provides superior operational performance. Although bead lifetime is dependent on suspension formulations, Zirmil Y is commonly used for extremely long periods of time.

Zirmil® Y
Zirmil® Y is the Premier Grade Zirconia media, which enables to obtain optimized ceramic properties for the best milling performance in all mill types. Their main characteristics are :

Zirmil® YE has been specifically optimized for improved wear resistance and surface properties, leading to a longer durability and minimum product contamination in high requiring applications, such as the milling of electronic material for example.
