The high-performance products Zirblast®, Zirshot® and Microblast® are characterised by the unvaryingly high quality of their shape, size and surface smoothness. Zirblast®
The blasting medium for cleaning, deburring, finishing and a high-quality appearance
Zirblast® ceramic beads were specially developed by us to provide high quality, cost effective surface treatment. They are characterised by their very high durability and are successfully employed in both wheel blasting systems and compressed air systems – dry as well as wet.

Zirshot®
The blasting medium for shot peening to achieve the highest dynamic component strengths
Zirshot® ceramic spheres are specifically developed to meet the highest demands of shot peening, surface finishing and peen forming. They are employed in the production and maintenance of heavily stressed components made of steel and aluminium alloys.
The very fine microstructure and the ceramic material properties make Zirshot® ceramic spheres extremely tough and resistant to breaking. Compared to glass or steel spheres, they are characterised by significantly lower consumption of blasting medium and energy.
