Zirconium Chemicals
Zirconium Chemicals are used either as manufacturing intermediates for other Zirconium compounds, or for their intrinsic properties in given applications:
- Zirconium Oxychloride (ZOC): main zirconium based intermediate, used also for the manufacturing of the other zirconium chemicals
- Zirconium Sulphates: Zirconium Basic Sulphate (ZBS) and Acid Zirconium Sulphate Tetrahydrate (AZST)
- Zirconium Basic Carbonate (ZBC): its strong knowledge of the Zirconium chemistry enabled ZirPro to develop a range of Zirconium Basic Carbonates, “S-ZBC”, showing improved chemical purity and reactivity. The S-ZBC can easily be dissolved in a large number of acid solutions (mineral and organic) in a large domain of concentration, to obtain clear zirconium salt solutions, with high Zirconium recovery yields. S-ZBC is also perfectly adapted for the production of double carbonate solutions (Ammonium Zirconium Carbonate AZC, and Potassium Zirconium Carbonate KZC).
